HOTELS

You must find a location and then handle the hotels pricing, and negotiations. There are also hotel attrition and F&B rates; not to mention the A/V, and the stress of handling a rooming list.

We locate three available sites to choose from; we’ll negotiate the guest rooms contracts, meeting rooms, and banquet facilities at as much as 50% off the standard rates. We also manage the room blocks, attrition and hotel rooming list.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

You have to choose breakout items, meal pricing, menus and beverage quantities.

From the executive luncheon to the formal dinner; we will organize every nuance of that important meal. Our negotiating power will get you wholesale rates on all meal and beverage selections. 

TRANSPORTATION

You have to find reasonable air and ground transportation rates, then have an employee schedule all the flights, as wells as figure out “who” goes where at what time?

Let the experts find the most cost effective air and ground transportation, along with coordinating the departures and arrivals to your chosen destination.

ACTIVITIES

Where can the employees go to unwind at the destination? What about team building activities? Where are the nightclubs to take those special clients to?

We’ll plan stimulating activities that highlight your corporate themes and promote the team spirit. We’ll obtain the club passes and tickets for you.

INCENTITIVES

You want to hand out trophies, awards and prizes. What kinds of incentives should be given? Where do you find them? What about the engraving?

Small details are still important. We’ll find incentives, place the orders, deal with your company’s logo, branding, signage, and even get the engraving done.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you need a motivational speaker? What about trade show participation?

We’ll find high caliber speakers to inspire and encourage your group to the next level of success. We collaborate with the trade show site and vendors to put together an unforgettable exhibit.
